BAIKALSEA Company and Federal State Budgetary Enterprise "Zapovednoe Pribaikalye” (Baikal Reserve Territory) combine their efforts to preserve the nature of Lake Baikal

Producer of national brands of Baikal natural water BAIKALSEA Company and the joint directorate of Baikal-Lenski Nature Reserve and Baikal National Park "Zapovednoe Pribaikalye" have signed a cooperation agreement. It implies the implementation of joint projects aimed at protecting the natural diversity of the Baikal area and Lake Baikal ecosystem, as well as cultural environmental education.

For BAIKALSEA Company this has become yet another step in systematic work for the conservation of Lake Baikal. On its own initiative BAIKALSEA Company annually holds eco-events to collect plastic, to clean up the shore of Lake Baikal. At the production complex of BAIKALSEA Company in Irkutsk the system of separate collection and sorting of waste has been implemented, where in partnership with suppliers of materials and the regional ecological operator in the Irkutsk region, the company applies the concept of "zero waste", which provides not only their disposal, but also recycling, i.e. recycling packaging back into production.

FSBE Zapovednoe Pribaikalye (full official name - Federal State Budgetary Enterprise "Joint Directorate of the Baikal-Lenski Nature Reserve and Baikal National Park) was established in 2014 and is an environmental protection, research and environmental education institution. It manages two specially protected areas that are part of the Lake Baikal World Heritage Site - the Baikal-Lenski Nature Reserve and Baikal National Park.

The BAIKALSEA Company is a Russian producer of Baikal water in the premium segment. The company's flagship brand is the Baikal deep water "BAIKAL430".
