There is something magical about it, you leave as one person and come back a completely different person. There are very few places in the world like Lake Baikal. It draws you in with its strength and beauty, legends and traditions. A place of power where man meets Mother Nature and re-discovers himself.

The deep water BAIKAL430, a well-known brand in Russia, has been offering the ‘Journey to the Lake Baikal’ to its lovers of the brand for several years now. Every year in early spring and at the end of summer, two groups of five people get to visit Lake Baikal.

In August 2020, after the lifting of the COVID-19 restrictions, the latest protagonists took part in the ‘Journey to Lake Baikal with BAIKAL430’ summer tour’s unforgettable programme. In addition to the traditional excursions to the production complex of the BAIKALSEA Company — producer of the Baikal deep water BAIKAL430 — there was sightseeing around the historical places in Irkutsk and visits to the village of Listvyanka on the Lake Baikal coast. The group visited the most famous, beautiful and legendary island — Olkhon Island. There the happy travellers were able to see the Shamanka rock (Cape Burkhan) — one of the nine shamanic shrines of Asia.

The summer tour’s updated programme included a tour along the Tazheran steppes on comfortable off-road vehicles, a trip along the picturesque Maloye More (the Small Sea) by boat, a visit to the sacred Ogoy Island — where no man ever lived, and which is considered by the Buddhists to be a ‘clean land’ free from negative energy. And a long et cetera!
